Coastal Living 2015 Showhouse | Circa Lighting | Living Room

Harmonious pops of blue and green can be found throughout the house. The combination makes a splash in the living room, which overlooks the pool area through french doors.

Coastal Living 2015 Showhouse | Circa Lighting | Powder Room

The showhouse features 10 bright prints from Braff’s own wallpaper and fabric lines. She selected a white mirror and light fixtures to accent her tropical fan pattern on the powder room walls.

Coastal Living 2016 Showhouse | Circa Lighting | Dining Room

In the dining room, Braff opted for white surfaces and chair legs in place of natural wood tones for a brighter, more casual feel.

Coastal Living 2016 Showhouse | Circa Lighting | Master Bedroom

Builders Anthony Balducci and Dave Bennett added character to the 18-foot cathedral ceiling of the master bedroom with white beams and shiplap paneling.

Coastal Living 2016 Showhouse | Circa Lighting | Master Bath

The master suite is the only room to prominently feature the color yellow, which makes the room and its elements feel all the more special.

Coastal Living 2016 Showhouse | Circa Lighting | Guest Bedroom

The home was built to be the ultimate retreat for playing host to summer visitors. Guest accommodations include three colorful bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms.

Coastal Living 2016 Showhouse | Circa Lighting | Guest Bathroom

Braff repeated the embroidered shell motif seen on the bedding in the first guest room on the towels in the adjoining bathroom.

Coastal Living 2016 Showhouse | Circa Lighting | Guest Bedroom

Rattan pieces in the second bedroom add an touch of vintage flair to the predominantly modern decor.

Coastal Living 2016 Showhouse | Circa Lighting | Guest Bathroom

Braff incorporated the coral hue in the second guest bathroom with scalloped tile and a subtle wallpaper pattern.

Coastal Living 2016 Showhouse | Circa Lighting | Guest Bedroom

A solid shade of kiwi green on the walls of the third guest room balance the plethora of prints in surrounding rooms. Fresh flowers and a sculptural table lamp at the bedside add organic charm.

Coastal Living 2016 Showhouse | Circa Lighting | Guest Bedroom

Coastal Living 2016 Showhouse | Circa Lighting | Guest Bathroom

Polished nickel fixtures and crisp, white cabinets make for a clean look at the vanity of the third guest bathroom.

Coastal Living 2016 Showhouse | Circa Lighting | Family RoomThe sunny second-floor family room opens to a spacious balcony. Brass and crystal light fixtures add casual glamour to the seating area, which is outfitted entirely with indoor/outdoor fabrics.

Coastal Living 2016 Showhouse | Circa Lighting | Bonus Room

A game table, desk and trundle beds doubling as sofas are clever accommodations for guests in the bonus room over the garage.

Coastal Living 2016 Showhouse | Circa Lighting | Laundry Room

A spacious laundry room on the second floor is as beautiful as it is functional.

Coastal Living 2016 Showhouse | Circa Lighting | Pool House

The pool house lounge and changing room echo the playful use of color and pattern found in the main house.
